My back is still causing me problems when I workout. I thought I would look into some more stretches and share what I have found and plan on using.
Crossed Legged Back Stretch

I am feeling somewhat better. But I think this has been my year for getting sick. I am taking a couple of rest days from working out. Did not work out an Thur. This weekend is busy so don’t know if a workout will be able to get fit in.
