Cardio
Hiit on Elliptical were I warmed up for 3 minutes then upper the incline and resistance by 2 every 2 minutes 3 times and then did the same thing back down.  Then I did it over again doing only 1 min.
Burned 433 calories in 35 minutes

I did a Hiit on the Elliptical for my Cardio.  I burned 514 calories in 40 minutes and went over 5000 strides.

I am using a Predcor machine.  Not new, but not ancient either.  Hopefully, the numbers will be able to work for your machine too.
