Pool Workout
 
Warm-up 20 minutes
 
Walking as fast as you can in water up to waist or slightly above.
If you feel comfortable, go in to your shoulders and try running.  It might take awhile to get the groove of it. Remember to keep your feet flat on the pool surface.  No tip-toeing!

I did a Hiit on the Elliptical for my Cardio.  I burned 514 calories in 40 minutes and went over 5000 strides.

Today was a good day akout, Heat the gym.  I was ready to rock and roll.  I stretched, mainly focusing on my calves.  Then hoppedon the elliptical for 50 minutes doing a glute, cross-training program at a resistance of 11 and the incline varying every 3 minutes from 4 to 20.
