I am going to listen to what the personal trainer told me and start Power Weekthis week. Once I cycle through all my body parts I will do the more reps, less weight week.
Cardio:
I ran on the treadmill for 35 minutes including warm-up and cool down. Went 3 miles. I have not yet figured out “themes” for my cardio workout. One step at a time.
SHOULDERS–POWER WEEK (with a couple of butt workouts in the mix)
One leg Medicine Ball Squats 4 sets of 10 reps on each leg with 10 lb medicine ball
Machine Shoulder Press 4 sets, 3 sets at 15 reps and 35 lbs. Last set I had to lower the weight to 30 lbs.
Seated Military Press4 sets of 10 reps with 10lb weights on each side of the EZ bar
Squat to Dumbbell Press 3 set of 15 reps with 8lb dumbbells
Single Front Raise 3 sets or 6 reps with 12 lb dumbbells
Rotator Cuff—I talked too much and ran out of time to do this. I will have to watch my time better. I need to remember that I am adding more exercises to my program.
Upright Row (Didn’t get to it. I love these. I think this is a key exercise to sexy shoulder blades.)
Single Leg Roman Deadlift (No Time)
