What do you look at to try and guess a persons age?
I look at the persons neck and hands. I don’t have any neck tips, but I do have a hand tip. You are to paint your nails red. And the red should not have blue tones to it, it should have orange tones. I thought my hands were looking a bit old so I am trying out the red/orange tone nail polish. Nails look ok, but I am not sure if my hands are looking any younger.
I also read that the first 15-20 minutes of cardio work you do burns sugar and anything after that time you are starting to burn fat. Good information to know if you are trying to loose weight. I generally like to do 45 -50 minutes of cardio a day.
I have heard that about burning sugar too – except I also heard that if it is first thing in the morning then you start burning fat right away because there’s no glucose in your body. Or if you lift weights, that burns the glucose so if you do cardio after weights you start burning fat right away too. Interesting, huh?
