I added more iron into my diet yesterday and included an iron pill.  I am feeling better today, but not great.  Made it to the gym to workout at 6am.

I have been haunted by the Counting Crows lately.  This songs was playing at the Buckle while I was shopping.  I was talking to a guy in the store and he said, “We know the crows—-people our age.”  I think he was at most 28.  I will take that as a complement

Rest Days

I am feeling somewhat better.  But I think this has been my year for getting sick.  I am taking a couple of rest days from working out.  Did not work out an Thur.  This weekend is busy so don’t know if a workout will be able to get fit in.

3 Day Diet Results

I lost 4.6 pounds on the 3 day diet.  Was the hunger pains worth it?  You bet for a 4.6 lb loss.

3 Day Diet- day one completed

I am going to listen to what the personal trainer told me and start Power Weekthis week.  Once I cycle through all my body parts I will do the more reps, less weight week.
